In other news:
Who was the gimlett burning off at Peka Peka on Sunday near the corner of the SH1 and Peka Peka Road, who failed to not cause a nuisance beyond their property boundary? Who knows, they weren’t present attending to their fire. All those obvious breaches of their permit from the KCDC and the KCDC would have done nothing about it, again. No wonder people call the Compliance and Monitoring team incompetent.Yes, why did they get issued a permit, when any ninny could have seen that they wouldn’t be able to comply with their permit conditions? And what do those words on the permit actually mean? “Not to cause smoke or odour nuisance beyond their property boundary”. So many simple English words strung together in a sentence. Hey Compliance and Monitoring team you need to look them up in a dictionary.
